About us
In 2016, our dear friends Jen and Karl who live in Central Australia, put us on a mission to source them the Cinderella Incineration Toilet - being the most sustainable model on the market.

In 2017 we travelled to a caravan show in Dusseldorf to view Cinderella in action.

After 2 years of emailing, in April 2018 the Norwegian owners visited us in Clayton where we agreed to become the Australian importers for the Cinderella Incineration Toilet.

What is an incineration toilet ?
When choosing the Cinderella Incineration Toilet, you are assured an environmentally friendly alternative. The ash remains are completely sterile and contain nutrients like potassium and phosphorus, ideal for fertilizing your garden.
An incineration toilet burns biological waste at high temperatures, leaving only an insignificant quantity of ash amounting to the equivalent of about one teacup for four people during one week of use. Waste is burned in an enclosed incineration chamber, and the gases from the process are expelled through a separate ventilation pipe. Incineration toilets are a complete waste solution, in that they get rid of all waste at once, without having to be collected and transported elsewhere. Most other toilet systems on the market require that the user transports the end waste to a suitable deposit, but with the Cinderella Incineration Toilet, the odorless and hygienic solution ends up as biodegradable ash, perfect for fertilizing our gardens. Incineration toilets are a popular alternative for toilet installations even in the most remote areas, since the solution does not require a water supply or a costly drainage solution. Cinderella offers several types of incineration toilets using both electricity and gas as sources of energy.

Many toilets that are not hooked up to standard sewage systems require a great deal of space and demand quite a bit of waste-handling which often entails a long drawn out process of turning the waste into soil. Fluid removal is also a challenge, as the surplus of urine discharge into the soil may cause pollution of groundwater in areas where many cottage owners share well water.

Ash turns to fertilizer

“Cinderella’s incinerating toilets are very eco-friendly. They are neither dependent on soil or water, or electricity for that matter – you can choose the model that runs on gas if you have limited electricity,” says Sales and Marketing Manager Thomas Krogedal at Cinderella Eco Solution. 


“The only end product from our toilets is ash that is completely sterilized and contains natural potassium and phosphorus,” Krogedal explains. 


“This means that the ash is completely clean and bursting with nutrients. It is simply super as fertilizer for lawns and flowerbeds.” Cinderellas incineration toilets contribute to an odorless indoor climate. All the air in the incineration process is taken from outside of the cabin through separate pipes that meet modern density requirements. 


Even an antibacterial toilet seat is standard for a Cinderella. Cinderella Comfort represents a new concept in incineration toilet systems, raising the Cinderella standard even further. This incineration toilet provides a significantly better indoor climate and approximately the same comfortable experience as you are used to at home. The toilet is based on the market leading Cinderella Classic model, which has been sold to more than 50,000 customers worldwide. The toilet does not require a water supply or drains, and ALL toilet waste is incinerated at high temperatures until only an insignificant quantity of ash remains.
Cinderella Comfort comes with an information display. The display provides continuous information about the use of the toilet and also provides notification when the ash container needs to be emptied. Seven optional languages are available for the information provided by the display.
The model has been designated "Comfort" because it provides a significantly better indoor climate compared to traditional incineration toilets. All air required by the incineration process is supplied from outside the cabin through a separate pipe, while using no air from inside the toilet room, avoiding potential lowering of room temperature and conflicts with other air-dependent installations such as kitchen ventilation fans, fireplaces and wood burning stoves, etc. The toilet satisfies current requirements to airtightness of buildings (TEK10) and is delivered with a new type of anti-bacterial toilet seat as standard. Cinderella Gas is an incineration toilet operating on propane gas, burning bodily waste products at a high temperature and producing an insignificant quantity of ash. Cinderella Gas is based on the quality design of the Cinderella Classic model, but employs propane gas as its energy source.

This means that the Cinderella Gas may be used in all areas where there is little or no access to 230V mains power. It is particularly suitable for remote vacation homes and other quarters without electric mains power.

It only requires 12VDC to run the control panel and ventilation fan.
